Procurement Process

1.Apply Online

At this stage, the candidate will start application by screening the available vacancies and apply. You may apply to more than 1 line of service and solution segment.

2. Business Case

Once you meet our screening requirements, you will receive a request to complete Cluster assessments which are made up of two — three components depending on the line of service you have applied for — Verbal, Numerical, and Inductive reasoning. These assessments are an important part of the recruitment process according to our internal policy.

5. Conclusion Technical Interview

The final stage of our recruitment process is an interview with a partner/director in the line of service you have applied for.The meeting will take approximately one hour and will be followed by a final round of deliberations.

6. Submitting Official Offer

After our final round of deliberations, you will be informed about the result as soon as possible. Our HR team will communicate with you regarding the offer and the formal protocol.

3. Human Resources Feedback

The HR interview takes place over the Teamwork which aims to gather more information about you focusing on "biographical" questions related to your CV/background and the rest of the time will be spent discussing your competencies skills. You will also have a chance to ask us any questions.

4. Technical Interview

The technical interview process is a process to help us in getting more feedback on the candidate also to give you the opportunity to know more about our firm culture, strategy & values.You will be asked to attend a face-to-face technical interview, with an experienced professional in our lines of service. The interview will include a mix of competency based and technical questions and/or a case study to help us understand how you analyze live business case challenges, formulate conclusions, and present your recommendations

7. Joining Date

Upon submitting the official offer for both parties, HR will communicate on the joining date of the candidate and collecting all of the supporting documents required to sign off the procurement process
